The YardNine and Invesco Real Estate-owned building, which is situated in the heart of Paddington, has a Wiredscore ‘Platinum’ rating, is rated BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and has a ’Gold’ Well Certification.
Smart Spaces’ platform includes elevator smartphone destination control, QR accessibility, climate and lighting controls and indoor air quality monitoring.
Dan Drogman CEO at Smart Spaces said: “Fifty Paddington is a best-in-class office asset which has been future-proofed in its design, fulfilling the increasing demand for technologically advanced buildings which have strong environmental credentials. We’ve enjoyed working with YardNine and Invesco to deliver a smart enabled building that represents an exciting milestone in the regeneration of Paddington.
“We’re powering some of the UK’s prime real estate and expanding globally, deploying our smart tech to set a new benchmark for what a property that’s committed to its occupiers can achieve.”
Mark Younger, director at YardNine, added: “Through its design, configuration and integration of Smart Spaces technology, Fifty Paddington has set a new standard for Grade A office space in Paddington, an already popular submarket that is set to become even more attractive with the arrival of the Elizabeth Line.
“Smart Spaces has been entirely aligned in our vision for Fifty Paddington and this collaborative approach significantly contributed to the development being one of the first offices to have this technology integrated into the base build design.”
